My account

Please click on register on NuevoLoquo and enter your email address and password to create an account and be able to insert posts on our website.

If you are a user who wants to contact someone that from a post, you do not need to complete the registration process. Although you must confirm that you are over 18 years old and accept our Terms and Conditions, Legal Notice and Privacy Policy.

When you access to NuevoLoquo you also have to confirm that all meetings/dates arranged through the site are based on the free will and the full consent of both parties.

We will ask you to verify your email account so that we can make sure that you have entered it correctly and so that you will not have any problems in the future managing your posts.

The emails are sent to the email address you registered with. Please wait 15 minutes, sometimes the mail servers are overloaded and it takes a while for the emails to arrive. If after this time you still do not receive the mail, check your spam or junk mail folder.

If you still don't see the email, write to info@nuevoloquo.ch from the email account you registered with.

Then enter your email address in the user field and click on the "enter" button below without filling in the password field.

You will see a link like "forgot your password?", click on that link and follow the instructions to generate a new password.

Please write to info@nuevoloquo.ch from a different account indicating which post or posts you cannot manage and also indicate if the phone number of the posts is operational. We will send you a password via SMS to verify that these posts are yours and to modify the management email.

My posts

To be able to insert an post on Nuevoloquo you first need to have created an account. Log in to your account and click on the menu on the right on "Insert ad", then fill in your details.

Once you pay for the inclusion of the post on the website, the post will be sent to the review queue. Until it has been reviewed, it will not be published on the website.

Depending on the number of posts pending review, your post will take more or less time to be published. Once it has been published we will send you an email with the link to your post.

In order to avoid mistakes when transcribing the phone number and to ensure that the person who inserts the post is the one who claims to be, we verify that the calls are received by the owner of that phone number.

In case you insert an post including another person's phone number, you are exposed to receive the corresponding complaints by the owner of that phone number.

Please make sure there is no space at the beginning or at the end of the password. Do not copy and paste the password, type it in directly.

The posts in NuevoLoquo have a price of 5 €, once the post has been reviewed and accepted and is visible on the web is placed first in the list of your province and category and as the rest of the persons hire more posts yours will go down.

To move your post back to the top of the list below the TOP and update the date and time you will have to contract a SUBIR or visibility packages with several uploads.

All NuevoLoquo payment methods are secure. No one has access to your card details, we do not have access to those details and therefore we cannot store them in our database.

In addition, the card payment gateways we work with use the secure payment method with double verification, this way we ensure that the owner of the card is really the one who is making the purchase.

Once you pay for the inclusion of your post on the website, the post will be sent to the review queue.

To search for your post you must always select your province and category. Then in the search field indicate your phone number, so you can see all the posts you have with that phone number and what date and time they are published.

Posts never expire on NuevoLoquo, but as more posts are inserted they will go down in the listings, that's why you must contract uploads if you want to receive more calls.

You can always delete your post from your user panel at any time.

From your user panel you can modify your posts. You only have to click on the "Edit" button of that post and inside the form change what you need to modify.

All the modifications you make to the text of your post, category or photos will be reviewed before being shown on the website.

If any changes are not accepted by our content policy those changes will not be accepted and will not be shown on the website.

Whenever you add new text to your post or add a new photo, it will be reviewed and the changes will not be shown on the website until we have reviewed it.

As long as an post is pending review because you made a previous modification it is not possible to modify the post again. You have to wait for us to review the previous modification of your post and once we have done so, you will be able to edit your post again. This button will be enabled again in your post panel for that post.

TOPS prices vary depending on the province, so it is not advisable to pay for this option if you are not going to be in the same province for more than 7 days.

In case you have to change province when you have a TOPS post contracted, you must write to info@nuevoloquo.ch indicating in which post you want to change the province and to which province you want to change it. Depending on the province you are in and where you want to go, we will be able to give you a solution or another from customer service whenever possible.

From your user panel you can change the MINI photo of your post. Just click on the "Edit" button of that post and click next to the photo you want to be the MINI photo on "Choose as MINI photo". If you don't modify anything else, the change will be made instantly without the post going through the review queue.

Please note that if you add a new photo or text to the post we will have to review it before displaying the changes on the website.

From your user panel you can delete all the posts you want. Just click on the "Delete" button of that post and follow the instructions.

To verify the photos you only have to enter your post panel and click on "Verify photos" in the menu. We will show you the instructions and requirements you need to meet in order to verify your post.

Once we have reviewed your application we will send you an email indicating whether your application has been approved or rejected.

Posts are verified within 24 hours.

You can only verify photos in an post without showing your face inside the post if when you request verification you attach those original photos with your face without smudging, so we can see that you are the same person in the poster photo and in the post photos.

You can also put photos inside the post with the same sign that you show in the photo of the sign you send us, so we can identify you by the sign.

While an post is still under review because you made a previous modification, it is not possible to request the verification of the photos of the post. You must wait for us to review the previous modification of your post and once we have done so, you will be able to request the verification of this post.

Payments and purchases

You can pay by debit or credit card, bank transfer or cryptocurrency.

To pay by bank transfer, please contact us at info@nuevoloquo.ch.

IMPORTANT. We only accept account to account transfers, you cannot make one if you do not have a bank account. It is not possible to pay by cash pickup or machine, this type of payment will never be accepted.

You can get a card at Correos that does not require you to have a bank account, just go to your nearest Correos office, buy the card and top it up.

Make sure that your card is enabled to make payments on secure payment gateways and that it is issued by a European entity. Remember that you must complete your purchases by inserting the password that your bank sends by SMS to authorise the transaction and in some cases, you must also enter your bank's APP to authorise the purchase.

Within the menu of your user account you will see a section called "My details", in this section you will see a form that you have to fill in.

Once we check your details to make sure there has been no mistake in filling them in, we will accept them and start sending you invoices. From then on all your purchases will be invoiced and you will no longer need to request them from us.

Once you have filled in your details in your user panel, please write to us from your user account at info@nuevoloquo.ch indicating the exact period for which you need invoices.

Please write to info@nuevoloquo.ch as soon as possible to tell us your new billing details and tell us from when you want us to make the change.

Contracted products

Whenever a purchase is made you should receive an email with a receipt of payment, if you have not received it, please write to us at info@nuevoloquo.ch indicating which post you have made the purchase and the products you have bought, so we can check what has happened.

Go to the province and category of your post and if you do not see the post at the time of the upload, please refresh the version of the page that your browser shows you by pressing the F5 key on your computer or by swiping down on your mobile screen if you are viewing it from your mobile device, this way you will be able to see the changes that have been made to the post.

If once you have done this you still do not see the upload, please write to info@nuevoloquo.ch telling us which post you do not see the upload and the time of the upload.

You must provide us with your post URL, ID, or title and phone number so that we can locate it.

We remind you that the TOPs posts rotate among themselves in appearance and order.

You can search in two ways:

  1. Through the search engine: enter the page of your province, then the category in which you have the post and put in the search engine any word of the title or text that appears in your post. Then click on search and you will see how your
  2. How it appears to a user who does not search: Go to the page of your province and mark your category. If you don't see it at that moment you have to do the following:
    • If you are viewing from a mobile device, swipe down on the screen of your device and the page will refresh showing ew results among the TOPs. Repeat this until your ad appears.
    • If you are viewing from a computer, press and hold the CTRL key to reload the screen, then press the F5 key until your ad appears. This will work if your operating system is Windows. If you have another operating system, please let us know so we can explain how

Please note that at no point in the purchase process, nor in the description of the HIGHLIGHT product does it state that this product means that the post is highlighted in purple for 15 days in the listing and goes up daily.

It is always indicated that the HIGHLIGHT product consists of the post being highlighted in purple in the listing and going up ONCE at the time of contracting. We indicate that with the product a rise is given for free now or that it rises once at the time of contracting.

If you have purchased that visibility package with credits you can do so by going to the post panel and clicking on the number you will see above the "Build" button in the visibility packages column of the post you want to change the uploads.

When you do this a pop-up will appear where you can see all the uploads and on the right hand side a link where it says "change time". Click on this link and follow the instructions.

If you have not purchased the visibility package with credits, you must write to info@nuevoloquo.ch requesting it in advance and telling us in which post you want to make the change and which uploads you want to change. You must indicate the old and the new uploads.

If the change is to be made by us, you must let us know as soon as possible, ideally the day before or first thing in the morning of the same day.

Report

At the bottom of each post you can see a button that says "Report post", just click on it and follow the instructions.

Please send an email to info@nuevoloquo.ch with your phone number.

We will request Google to remove that search result, please note that we cannot control how long it will take Google to process our request.

In order for us to request deindexing, you must have previously deleted the phone number from the title or text of your posts.

Please write to denuncias@nuevoloquo.ch telling us which post contains photos of you and send us an original photo of yourself or tell us the social network or website where you have posted those photos.

Please write to info@nuevoloquo.ch indicating your phone number and if you know the post, please also indicate this information.
